Using Shops
Shops, operated by Shops, provides shared shopping lists through the web app.
Plans and billing
Basic supports two people total, and Premium supports seven. The price and billing period are shown before checkout. Payments and billing management are provided by Polar; review the payment terms shown during checkout. The family owner manages the subscription.
Cancellation and access
You can manage cancellation through the billing portal in account settings. Cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period keeps sharing available until that period ends. Expired or revoked subscriptions cannot sync.
Sharing responsibly
Share invite links only with people you want in your family list. Members can edit the shared list. Keep your account credentials private and use Shops for lawful purposes.
Offline use
Open your list online before using it offline. Keep the browser’s saved data to retain offline edits, and check sync status before clearing storage or changing devices. Sync depends on internet connectivity and an active family subscription.
